Pitcher's Alley by Field Sports Training - Baseball & Softball Pitching Trainer

The Pitcher’s Alley by Field Sports Training is a new training device for softball pitchers and coaches. It’s easy to use and provides a visual alleyway with orange ropes. The NEW updated pitcher’s plate is the regulation size at the widest connection points and provides for a narrower alley adjustment for coaches to help pitchers focus on control. This feature was specifically recommended by pitching coaches to us, so we listened. The Pitcher’s Alley also can be used at home and incorporated with a pitcher’s pocket net. Additionally, through our work with coaches and parents, many softball fields do not have bullpens. Walking off an estimated distance is usually inaccurate. The Pitcher’s Alley can also be taken on the road to serve as an accurate bullpen for warm-up for the pitcher and catcher. With the Pitcher’s Alley, players now have an accurate measurement and visual aid for the proper distance no matter the age group. Made for all ages. The Pitcher's Alley features three adjustable length options that adhere to USA Softball's official guidelines for fastpitch playing fields: 35 ft. for 10U 40 ft. for 12U 43 ft. for 14U and up

• Pitcher’s Alley has three pitching plate attachment “O” rings for whatever distance needed – they are spaced at 35 feet, 40 feet, and 43 feet to cover all levels of play. Simply move the orange pitcher’s plate using the quick clips, to the appropriate distance for the level of play. Acts as a “portable bull pen” for teams
• Eliminates guess work on how far relief pitcher’s and catchers need to be to warm up. No more estimating, walking off, or using tape measures!Two high visibility orange ropes form the alley way. The home plate bar represents the distance to the back of the home plate from the pitcher’s plate
• Stakes are provided for natural turf fields so that the pitchers plate and the home plate can be staked down. For artificial turf, just play it out without the stakes
• Two, 60” sleeves, Velcro around the ropes so that the five-foot area from the pitcher’s plate toward the home plate are covered and will protect the rope from excessive wear and tear from the pitcher’s cleats
• The alley way provides a secondary benefit of great visual assistance for pitchers to help control their pitches to stay within or on the edges of the strike zone. It is a great learning tool for young entry level pitchers to start using and can be used at home or at the ball field. Can also be used at home!
