YJ Wrangler Replacement Rear Crossmember This is a replacement for the rear crossmember for your YJ that is stronger than the OEM crossmember. The crossmember is 3 pieces, the outside two pieces where the body mounts and the bumper mounts is made of 7 ga hot rolled steel. The center section of the crossmember is made of 10 ga steel. The pieces can be either bolted together or welded together.
