The orbital selection adjusts the motion of the blade to match the density of the cutting material and the desired cutting speed. Simply turn the knob to change the stroke from vertical to orbital, creating a pendulum effect with the saw's blade. Easily bevel the tool-free bottom footplate up to 45 degrees in either direction for angled cuts in your workpiece. The quick-release chuck makes blade changes and installation faster and easier than ever. This package also includes a T-shank wood-cutting blade and a parallel fence bracket for making straight cuts.
